Job summary

Sunshine Beauty Hub in Singapore is seeking a skilled beauty professional to join our team as a skincare and facial treatments specialist. You will assess skin, recommend treatments, operate equipment, and maintain hygiene while delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.

Candidates with 3+ years of experience and relevant qualifications are preferred; weekend shifts may be required. This role is based on-site in Singapore and offers a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the beauty or skincare industry.
• Relevant beauty therapy or skincare qualifications will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of facial treatments, skincare procedures and beauty equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional facial treatments, skincare services and other beauty treatments according to customers' needs.
• Conduct basic skin assessments and recommend suitable beauty treatments and skincare products.
• Operate and maintain beauty equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Advise customers on skincare routines and post-treatment care.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional beauty service recommendations.
