JR Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Tile Specialist to perform quality floor and wall tiling for residential and commercial projects in Singapore.

The role requires solid experience with ceramic, porcelain, and homogeneous tiles and the ability to read construction drawings and measurements. You will prepare surfaces, apply waterproofing, cut and grout tiles, and ensure high workmanship standards while maintaining site safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of tiling experience in residential and/or commercial projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of floor and wall tiling techniques through quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and work accurately with construction drawings and measurements.
• Physically fit to perform site duties safely and effectively.
• Responsible, punctual, and committed to delivering quality tiling work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Perform floor and wall tiling using ceramic, porcelain, and homogeneous tiles to meet project specifications.
• Prepare surfaces by screeding, leveling floors, and applying basic waterproofing.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, measurements, and tile layout plans to execute accurate tiling work.
• Cut, align, grout, and finish tiles to deliver high-quality workmanship that meets project requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas after tiling tasks.
• Follow workplace safety and health regulations and site instructions to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work independently or with team members to complete projects within set timelines.
• Adapt to site schedules by working at multiple project locations across Singapore as required.
• Commit to working on weekends, Sundays, or night shifts when necessary to meet project demands.
