Job summary

You will support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities focus on maintaining food quality, hygiene, stock checks and collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. You will handle storage, waste reduction and adhere to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or F&B kitchen preferred.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible and punctual, keen to learn.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Possess a valid Food Safety Course certificate, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's menu and standards.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste and presentation.
• Assist with daily kitchen preparation and operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise food wastage.
• Comply with food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Work with kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Head Chef/Management.
