Job summary

Brightcon GmbH in Singapore is seeking a skilled carpenter to perform cutting, shaping, assembling, and installing wooden structures and fittings on construction sites. You will read drawings, measure accurately, and work with various carpentry materials to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of carpentry experience.
Able to read and understand construction drawings.
Knowledge of carpentry materials, tools, and installation techniques.
Measuring, cutting, assembling and finishing woodwork.

Responsibilities

Perform carpentry works: cutting, shaping, assembling and installing wooden structures and fittings.
Read and interpret construction drawings, measurements and specifications.
Install doors, door frames, cabinets, wardrobes, partitions, flooring and other fittings.
Measure, mark, cut and assemble wood and other materials per project requirements.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Carry out repair, maintenance and renovation works.
Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers and other workers.
Maintain tools and a clean, safe working environment.
Complete assigned work within project schedules and deadlines.
