Job summary

ADOMITA TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Front-to-back Full Stack Developer to design, build and optimize enterprise web applications using Sitecore CMS and .NET technologies in Singapore.

You will contribute to API development, system integrations, and responsive UI improvements, while supporting deployments and production incidents. Collaboration with BAs, QA, PMs, and Infra teams is essential to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and implement application enhancements and new features on the Sitecore platform using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, and system integrations.
• Build and support responsive user interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support, including troubleshooting and resolution of production incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis for defects and production issues and implement preventive measures.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, effort estimation, and technical discussions.
• Support application deployments, release activities, and post‑deployment verification.
• Work with Sitecore CMS to develop and maintain templates, layouts, renderings, and components.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Project Managers, and Infrastructure teams.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security requirements, and development best practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with experience in .NET technologies and working knowledge of Sitecore CMS to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise web applications. The role includes incident investigation, troubleshooting, defect resolution, performance optimization, and the implementation of change requests and new features.

The role requires hands‑on experience on backend development with front end support, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with business users, project managers, and technical teams to deliver reliable, scalable and high‑quality solutions.

Requirements

Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of software development experience.
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise web applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience in application maintenance and production support is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
• Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
• Good understanding of object‑oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software development best practices.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
• Experience with SQL Server, including database design, development, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with Sitecore 10.x, Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), and Sitecore CMS, including Templates, Layouts, Components, Renderings, Content Management, and Sitecore APIs.
• Knowledge of Sitecore SXA, Sitecore Headless Services, GraphQL, JSS, xDB, or xConnect is an advantage.
• Understanding of Sitecore security, workflows, caching, and performance optimization best practices.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git, AWS DevOps, or TFS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and release management practices.
