Job summary

Sitecore is seeking a techno-functional consultant who operates at the intersection of product depth and business outcome, owning the post-sale adoption relationship for Sitecore360 in your portfolio. You will partner with the Account Executive to guide customers from onboarding through adoption, value realization and renewal readiness.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with CMS/DXP architectures, headless patterns and API-driven content delivery.
• Strong business analysis skills: root-cause Diagnosis, current vs desired state mapping.
• Understanding of content strategy, governance, publishing velocity, and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales product success relationship for Sitecore360 customers across onboarding and adoption.
• Conduct structured discovery of customer implementations to identify blockers and propose changes.
• Deliver mid-level technical and advisory work; scope deeper delivery for technical consultants.
• Create and maintain a 90-day success plan with measurable criteria tied to business outcomes.
• Coordinate delivery across internal resources and align with customers' success plans.
• Enable customers to adopt SitecoreAI agentic workflows in their business context.
• Align partner and IT-led implementations to the success plan and escalate misalignment early.
