RH Synergy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a lead for electronic and electrical system projects to oversee inspections, commissioning, maintenance, and team performance aligned with client standards and project objectives.

The role focuses on ensuring operational readiness, managing project documentation, coordinating with partners, and driving continuous improvement across multiple sites and shifts.

Competenze

• Experience leading electronics/electrical system projects from inspection to commissioning.
• Ability to develop and monitor an operations budget.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Mansioni

• Perform inspections, testing, and commissioning of electronic and electrical systems to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Lead assigned projects end-to-end with thorough documentation.
• Coordinate with partners to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee pilot runs for assigned projects to ensure operations.
• Manage daily deployment of technicians’ tasks to meet timelines.
• Coordinate servicing and maintenance schedules per client standards.
• Prepare monthly maintenance schedules for clients and technicians.
• Monitor failures and drive rectification with updates to clients.
• Liaise with technicians to support breakdown rectification promptly.
• Inspect new/modified products before handover to maintenance teams.
• Prepare incident reports and follow up on remedies.
• Provide clear written/oral instructions and review for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Standardize procedures to improve efficiency and resolve process issues.
• Develop and monitor annual operations budget to ensure financial discipline.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Lead and supervise teams across shifts to ensure coordination.
• Supervise ad-hoc assignments to meet demand.
• Generate daily operation reports and support day-to-day activities.
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify issues and safety concerns.
