Site Support Engineer (Site Installation/Electrical/IoT/No Exp Require) LT72

Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support to customers. Assist in understanding product specifications, features, and applications.

Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges. Offer solutions and recommendations based on the company's products or services.

Provide training sessions for customers, sales teams, and distributors. Ensure that end‑users have a clear understanding of product functionality.

Investigate and resolve technical issues or challenges faced by customers. Collaborate with the engineering team to find solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to address customer needs and provide a seamless customer experience.

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, technologies, and industry trends.

Create and update technical documentation, including manuals, application notes, and technical guides.

Manage technical aspects of projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

Continue to provide support after product sales, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and addressing any additional needs.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer or Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in site project coordination and installation
• Knowledge of programming in C, C++
• Knowledge of embedded electronics fundamentals
• Knowledge of LoRaWAN and related IoT products.
• Passion for exploratory testing and test automation.
• Knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
