Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to supervise and coordinate M&E works at construction sites. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, conducting site inspections, and interpreting technical drawings. The ideal candidate holds a minimum diploma in engineering, has at least 1 year of experience in construction/M&E works, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. BCSS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in vacuum hookup or related construction/M&E works.
• BCSS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate M&E works at the construction site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain safety programmes.
• Interpret AutoCAD, P&ID, BQ, and isometric drawings.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to read technical drawings

Knowledge of safety practices

Education

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate M&E works at the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, codes, and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, assess hazards, and maintain safety programmes.
• Work closely with the site foreman and report project updates to the Project Manager.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to project schedules and specifications.
• Interpret AutoCAD, P&ID, BQ, and isometric drawings; support any ad-hoc site activities as required.

• At least 1 year of experience in vacuum hookup or related construction/M&E works.
