Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee project coordination and ensure quality workmanship. You will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, resolving site issues, and training workers. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in electrical engineering. This position requires strong organizational skills as well as the ability to read construction drawings.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in related field.
• Experience in supervising technical support during project execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and sequence works according to the schedule.
• Supervise site works for quality and timeliness.
• Resolve site matters with subcontractors.

Job description

1. Accountable for coordinating and sequencing works in accordance to master and detailed scheduled
2. Accountable for supervising site works to ensure quality works and completion within schedule
3. Supervise on-site technical support in various stages : project execution, attendance of site meetings, testing and commissioning and project handover etc to ensure project progress according to schedule
4. Supervise site inspection and to resolve site matters with regards to the project, sub-contractors works and progress of works
5. Supervise/train the workers

• Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College or Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)
• 5 years of relevant experience in related field
• Ability to read construction drawing
• BCSS / Trade Foreman
