Responsibilities

• Monitor progress of works and coordinate with Main-con/stakeholder.
• Ensure seamless operation workflow and enforcement of SOP.
• Assign tasks to foreman/workers and ensure they have been trained and certified for the works.
• Conduct investigation into accidents, incidents and non-conformities.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings, submit rectification papers to Manager for documentation/analysis.
