CF Global Technologies Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of Chong Fong Engineering with footprints in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and China. We are providing turnkey engineering solutions for various special process like heat treatment, blasting, shotpeening, welding, waterjet, machining, CNC Automation, NDT systems and others in our product portfolio.

We are currently seeking a competent Site Supervisor to join our dedicated team to perform the following tasks within a busy working environment:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager (PM) or Project Engineer (PE) in delivering projects on time, within schedule, and to high-quality standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities to ensure smooth progress.
• Provide regular progress updates and monitor schedules for the PD/PM.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors and site workers.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and site inspections to ensure compliance with WSH Regulations and safety procedures.
• Oversee steel structure assembly and industrial system installation works in accordance with project specifications.
• Review and implement method statements and standard operating procedures to ensure safe and efficient work execution.
• Coordinate site activities with the operations team, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and organize site documentation, including reports, permits, and shop drawings.
• Establish and implement controls to ensure work is carried out safely and according to the work program, including preparing short-term work plans.
