Job description

Responsibilities

• Able to plan, manage, and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
• Liaise with authorities, clients, and consultants to execute the work as per specification and authority’s requirement
• Liaise with the engineer to execute the work as per planning for the project
• Site supervision of construction workers
• Coordinate & supervise civil & structural works carried out by sub-contractors that are by specifications, shop drawings, and method statements for the assigned site activities to meet schedule and control the quality of the work
• Ensure works are carried out according to safety rules and relevant regulations.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior and/ or HOD.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Certificate in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Possess relevant trade foreman certificate, NCC, BCSS, etc
• Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in the building construction industry/ road works
• Effectively bilingual
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, analytical, meticulous, and possess a positive working attitude
