• Supervise the site in accordance with project specifications.
• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors for project matters.
• Check drawings and resolve technical discrepancies.
• Plan and prepare works as required.
• Attend meetings with clients and authorities as necessary.
• Conduct work related to civil and structural supervision.
• Deliver quality work under short deadlines.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To take and carry out site supervision in accordance to the Project specification and BCA ACT & Regulation, and to the requirement of the contracts with the client.
• Liaise with consultants and /or sub-contractors on the project matters
• Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution
• To plan and prepare for works as per required
• To attend meeting with clients, authorities and others when necessary
• To carry out work related to civil & structural such as construction building supervision, periodic structural inspections, road audit and any other jobs as per instructed.
• Able to deliver quality works under short deadline
• Any other related duties as assigned.
