Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects. The role involves supervising site workers, supporting project management, and ensuring smooth operations on-site. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in engineering, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, as well as skills in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, are essential. This position offers opportunities to work on international projects.

Qualifications

• Min 3-5 years of relevant Site Supervisor experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in Bored Piling is an added advantage.
• Candidate with bored piling experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all responsibilities of a Site Supervisor in a construction site.
• Assist and support the Project Manager in handling project progress.
• Supervise drivers, operators, general workers and look after equipment.

Position: Site Supervisor

Specialisation: Engineer-Civil/Construction/Structural

Responsibilities

• To carried out all responsibilities of a Site Supervisor in construction site.
• Assist and support Project Manager in handling and monitoring the progress of project
• To carried out site work in accordance to construction programme
• Ensure smooth progress of site works
• To supervise drivers, operators, general worker and look after equipment at site
• All issues concern on site works
• To responsible for all others related or ad-hoc duties as and when directed
• Overall reporting to project manager.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Positive working attitude
• Min 3-5 years of relevant Site Supervisor experience for the Construction industry
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Good command in both written, spoken in English & able to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Experience in Bored Pilling will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Candidate with bored piling experience will be preferred.
• Salary base on the working experience
