Job summary

A construction service provider in Singapore seeks a Site Supervisor to coordinate subcontractors and in-house workers. You will ensure compliance with project requirements, assist project engineers, and maintain work quality. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, and candidates with relevant certifications will have an advantage. This role involves night shifts and various ad hoc duties on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Candidate with relevant certificate will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and in-house workers.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
• Co-operate with safety personnel to ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Assist PM and Project Engineers on daily execution of works.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• Monitor progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Attend daily toolbox meetings and convey clear instructions.
• Maintain work progress records, housekeeping, and prepare reports.
• Responsible for materials and manpower planning at the site.
• Perform routine safety, equipment, and materials inspections.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned, night shift required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and in-house workers
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
• Co-operate with safety personnel always ensure adherence to Workplace Safety & Health at all times.
• Assist PM and Project Engineers on the daily execution of permanent and temporary works such as road diversion, drainage and pavement work and etc.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings
• Ensure that work is executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship with observation of strict deadlines.
• Perform safety,equipment, materials routine inspection
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Attend daily toolbox meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping and prepare reports.
• Responsible for materials and manpower planning usage at site.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned day to day. (Night shift required)
