Job description

• Oversee daily maintenance and engineering activities at the site.
• Coordinate workforce activities including technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved plans, procedures, and timelines.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and allocate tasks to team members.
• Monitor compliance with PPE and safe work practices.
• Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of process equipment.
• Support engineering teams in equipment modifications, upgrades, or improvement projects.
• Verify that maintenance is performed using correct procedures, tools, and spare parts.
• Prepare reports on maintenance status, equipment performance, and manpower usage.
• Communicate regularly with engineers, planners, project managers, and client representatives.
• Address technical or operational issues escalated from site teams.
• Ensure tasks are completed within planned schedules, minimizing downtime.
• Resolve on-site work issues and provide technical guidance.
