Job summary

A construction services company in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor with at least 3 years of relevant experience. You will coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with project specifications, and maintain workplace safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising daily site operations and managing materials and manpower planning. Must be prepared for night shifts and overseeing workflow quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Candidate with relevant certificate will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and in-house workers.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
• Co-operate with safety personnel to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Assist PM and Project Engineers with daily execution of site works.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• Maintain acceptable standards of workmanship under strict deadlines.
• Perform routine safety, equipment, and materials inspections.
• Monitor progress and quality of work performed by workers.
• Attend daily toolbox meetings and convey instructions.
• Maintain work progress records and prepare reports.
• Responsible for materials and manpower planning at the site.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned, including night shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and in-house workers
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
• Co-operate with safety personnel always ensure adherence to Workplace Safety & Health at all times.
• Assist PM and Project Engineers on the daily execution of permanent and temporary works such as road diversion, drainage and pavement work and etc.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings
• Ensure that work is executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship with observation of strict deadlines.
• Perform safety,equipment, materials routine inspection
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Attend daily toolbox meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping and prepare reports.
• Responsible for materials and manpower planning usage at site.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned day to day. (Night shift required)
