Job summary
A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled project manager to coordinate and manage construction activities. You will be responsible for liaising with clients and authorities, assessing risks, and ensuring the effective execution of projects. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in the sewerage and sanitary industry and be proficient in English. A Class 2B/3 driving license is required.
Qualifications
- Min. 3 years experience in sewerage and sanitary industry.
- Able to manage foreign workers.
- Class 2B / 3 Driving license.

Job Description
- Coordinate project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner
- Liaise, coordinate and execute site work matters with supervisor, clients, and relevant government authorities.
- Resolve site challenges proactively in a timely manner.
- Audit and recce sites to ensure preparation of logistic and manpower requirement
- Carry out risk assessment and other risk management activities:
- Make recommendations on risk control measures; and
- Communicate Risk Assessments (RA) to concerned parties.
- Recce sites to prepare accurate design for pavement works
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Min. 3 years experience in the sewerage and sanitary industry.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 0700hrs to 1600hrs;
- Saturday: 0700hrs to 1200hrs;
