Job summary

Hwa Cheng Development Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to arrange and supervise construction site tasks for foremen, ensuring progress and safety on site.

The role includes preparing attendance and workdone documents for monthly QS claims, inspecting with RE/RTO, and monitoring timber, plywood and rebar usage to prevent damage or loss. You will liaise with customers and subcontractors and coordinate with PRC and NTS employees.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and supervise construction site tasks for foremen.
• Prepare attendance and workdone documents for QS monthly claims.
• Conduct inspections with RE/RTO on site.
• Monitor timber, plywood and rebar usage to prevent damage, wastage or loss.
• Ensure workers on site work in safe conditions.
• Liaise with customers regarding site matters and meetings as required.
• Liaise with subcontractors and supervise their progress respecting safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively with PRC and NTS employees.

Job description

1. Arrange and supervise the construction site job to each foreman.

2. Prepare workers' attendance and workdone documents for QS to submit monthly claim.

3. Inspection with RE / RTO.

4. Monitor timber, plywood and rebar materials usage to prevent damage, wastage or loss.

5. Ensure workers working on site in safe condition.

6. laise with coustomers with regards to all site matters and meetings if required.

7. laise with Sub-con of their work progress and supervise their work in safety requirement.
8. Able to communicate with PRC and NTS employees.
