• Full-time supervision at site.
• Plan manpower deployment for site works.
• Ensure projects are completed as per approved drawings and deadlines.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• To supervise foreign workers closely & also take care of their well being,
• To be able to visit dormitories to resolve issues etc,
• To lead the installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule
• To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites;
• To oversee the works and resolve any technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on construction sites;
• To report to project team on work progress at construction sites;
• Full time supervision at site;
• To plan the manpower deployment required for the site works.
• Ensure that construction projects are completed as per approved drawings within the required deadline and allocated budget;
• To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
