Responsibilities

1. Oversees construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to project requirements.
2. Managing daily operations: Overseeing all aspects of a construction project, including monitoring progress and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
3. Enforcing safety protocols: Ensuring that all staff and members at the construction site strictly observe and follow safety protocols to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
4. Supervising workers: Managing the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers, ensuring that the quality of work meets acceptable standards.
5. Identifying and mitigating risks: Identifying and addressing any risks or issues that arise during the course of the project.
