Job summary

SIONG CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site Construction Supervisor to manage and coordinate activities at our Singapore project sites. You will lead a team of workers and subcontractors, ensure progress aligns with schedules, and resolve design and site issues promptly.

The role requires reading drawings and specifications, enforcing safety regulations, and maintaining daily reports. Prior experience in A&A projects is advantageous and a strong teamwork mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read specifications and drawings.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Experience with on-site construction activities and safety regulations.
• Proven track record in A&A projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress on site.
• Lead a team of workers and subcontractors to perform on-site work.
• Resolve design/site problems encountered during construction.
• Prepare daily progress reports and work schedules.
• Understand structural drawings, specifications and requirements.
• Monitor and control contract works to ensure compliance with specifications and safety.
• On-site installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and general electrical fitting work.
• Perform other duties as required.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress independently.


• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractor to perform on site work.


• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period.


• Prepare daily progress report and work schedule.


• Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements.


• Monitoring and control of contract works to ensure compliance with technical specifications, code of practice, scope of work and to enforce safety regulations.


• Experience in leading a group of RC workers an advantage Requirement


• Perform onsite installation, troubleshooting, repair, routine checks and maintenance.


• Responsible for general electrical fitting work.


• Other work-related duties as and when required.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings.


• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.


• Experience with track records in A&A projects would be an advantage.


• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company
