Responsibilities

• Understand the SOP of operations and improve processes.
• Submit daily/weekly reports to management.
• Inspect work environment and staff KPI.
• Conduct daily QC checks.
• Ensure all machines are functioning efficiently.
• Involve in problem-solving issues and respond to clients/customers.
• Assist with staff attendance and scheduling.
• Train and oversee operations, ensuring safety and hygiene.
