Responsibilities

• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify safety hazards.
• Supervise and instruct the construction team and subcontractors.
• Educate site workers on safety regulations and accident protocols.
• Enforce site safety rules to minimize accidents and injuries.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance.
• Evaluate construction employee performance and administer discipline as needed.
• Analyze blueprints to ensure compliance with design and safety specifications.
• Recommend changes to procedures to increase efficiency.

Job description

• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
• Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements

• 5-6 years ceiling partition experience in construction industry
• With BCSS and Work at-height supervisor certificates
• Good problem-solving skill and able to address potential issues proactively
• Good in communication skill (verbal & written) and interpersonal skill
• With experience leading a team of workers
