* SUPERVISE TEAM OF WORKERS;

* RECOMMEND CHANGES AND SAFETY AT SITE;

* REQUISITE OF RAW MATERIALS WHEN REQUIRED;

* UPDATE DRAFTER ON WORK PROGRESS N UPDATE OF DRAWING;

* OBSERVE AND IMPLEMENT SITE SAFETY AT SITE;

* ATTEND WEEKLY SITE MEETING N RESOLVED SITE PROBLEMS, IF ANY;

* SUBMIT MONTHLY PROGRESS PAYMENTS WITH APPROVAL FROM ARCITECHS N M & E CONSULTANTS;

* PREPARE VO WHEN NECESSARY;

* PREFERABLY PROCESS AT LEAST CLASS 3 DRIVING LICENCE;

* RECOMMEND SITE SOLUTION FOR PROBLEMS AT SITE SUBJECT TO PM APPROVAL;

* CONDUCT TRAINING FOR NEW WORKERS WHEN REQUIRED;
