Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily structural and RC site works to ensure they meet design and specification requirements.
• Verify that all tasks follow structural drawings, PE designs, and approved work methods.
• Manage activities such as rebar installation, formwork, concreting, PT works, and steel assembly.
• Coordinate inspections with RTO/RE before concrete pours and other key stages.
• Track subcontractor manpower, progress, and work sequence.
• Highlight any site issues, discrepancies, or variations to the Structural Engineer or Project Manager.
• Support the resolution of technical and site issues to keep operations running smoothly.

Job Requirement

• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• With supervisory experience in construction site
• With experience in reinforced concrete (RC) or steel structure building works
• Good understanding of structural drawings, construction sequencing, and site coordination
• Familiar with BCA, WSH, and relevant construction codes and standards
