Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Workplace Safety & Health Officer to oversee safety compliance and support health initiatives. The role entails providing expert advice, ensuring adherence to health regulations, and fostering a strong safety culture within the organization. Candidates must have a valid WSH Officer registration and experience in ISO management systems. This is an on-site position based in Jurong East with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid registration with MOM as a WSH Officer.
• Experience in ISO management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide health and safety competent advice and support.
• Ensure health and safety regulatory compliance.
• Create and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Develop awareness of safety policies through regular training.
• Build and improve the company's safety culture.
• Undertake accident and incident investigations.
• Respond to client queries regarding health and safety.
• Prepare and deliver essential WSH information and reports.
• Work collaboratively with the clients’ vendors/contractors.
• Liaise with site operations staff on safety issues.
