The role involves examining permits, monitoring performance related to injuries and incidents, and preparing inspection records. Applicants will be responsible for investigating complaints and ensuring adherence to specific HSE plans. This position includes submitting applications for permits and reporting incidents while participating in risk assessments. Responsibilities

• Site coordination with project site-in-charge.
• Provides specific support for monitoring injury, illness, and incident related performance.
• Examines permits, licenses, applications, and records to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain inspection records.
• Investigates complaints and suspected violations.
• Monitors follow-up actions in cases where violations were found, and reviews compliance monitoring reports.
• Supports the specific HSE plans, playbooks, and procedures as assigned by manager/supervisor.
• Submit PTW, method statement, tool box and permit application.
• Report on accidents and participate in risk assessments.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
