Tencent is seeking a DevOps professional to design, deploy, and manage CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes-based microservices at scale. The role emphasizes automation, proactive monitoring, and rapid incident response to ensure high availability and robust security across production systems.

The candidate should have strong Linux expertise, proficiency in Bash/Go/Python, and experience with Docker/Kubernetes and monitoring tools like Prometheus or Zabbix.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with at least one programming language: Bash, Go, Python.
• Good command of Linux environment with deep understanding of kernel, memory, processes, threads, IPC, signals.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and consistent delivery of software to production.
• Administer, scale, and optimize Kubernetes deployments, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance for all applications.
• Architect and maintain microservices infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scaling, and robust security.
• Implement, customize, and oversee monitoring solutions for proactive detection of system anomalies and performance bottlenecks.
• Lead capacity planning and resource management efforts, benchmarking and tuning to enhance system performance.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and remediate issues affecting critical service operations to maximize uptime.
• Create, maintain, and enhance SOPs to ensure uniformity in operational tasks.
• Manage high-severity incidents with cross-functional coordination to ensure rapid recovery.
