PEOPLE SOLUTIONS PARTNERS PTE. LTD. in Southern Malaysia seeks a seasoned Site Quality Leader to maintain an effective Quality Management System and ensure compliance with standards.

You will work with senior management, engineering teams, customers, suppliers and regulatory agencies to drive consistent quality practices across the organisation. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 8–10 years of manufacturing management experience, strong knowledge of QMS and regulatory requirements, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree or MBA would be an advantage.
• At least 8–10 years of management experience in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the site Quality function.
• Develop, implement and maintain quality policies, procedures and systems.
• Establish quality objectives and improvement plans.
• Review quality issues and discrepancy reports, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Evaluate and monitor suppliers.
• Collaborate with customers to address quality requirements and expectations.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure quality in new products and processes.
• Support senior management in developing quality policies, procedures, goals and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
