Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site QA/QC professional to lead inspections and ensure construction activities adhere to project specifications and regulatory requirements. You will develop and maintain Project Quality Plans, QA/QC procedures, and support documentation management.

Responsibilities include coordinating inspection activities, reviewing contractor submissions, maintaining quality records, and driving corrective actions with project teams to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Inspect site activities to ensure they meet project specifications and standards.
• Prepare and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQP), QA/QC plans and inspection procedures.
• Review contractor and supplier submissions for compliance with requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to ensure construction works comply with project specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQP), QA/QC plans and inspection procedures.
• Inspect materials, fabrication works and completed work to identify defects and non-conformities.
• Coordinate inspection activities with project teams, contractors, suppliers and other disciplines.
• Review contractor and supplier submissions to ensure compliance with project and authority requirements.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, audit plans and technical documentation.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with the Project Manager and relevant teams.
• Support trade demonstrations, mock-ups and quality audits.
• Coordinate QA/QC forms and workflows on the Novade platform with the HQ QA/QC team.
• Recommend improvements to quality management processes and ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements.
