Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee site activities for engineering projects including mechanical works. The ideal candidate will have hands-on project management experience and knowledge of safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising operations, coordinating with teams, preparing reports, and managing schedules. A diploma in Mechanical Engineering and proficiency in relevant software are required. Candidates should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be willing to work overtime as necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in project supervision in marine engineering or similar.
• Familiarity with Singapore safety standards (WSQ bizSAFE Level 2 or equivalent).
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations for mechanical and engineering projects.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on project delivery.
• Prepare quotations, inspection reports, and updates on job completion.
• Manage project schedules, manpower allocation, and material requisitions.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce safety standards.
