Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry.
• 3 years of relevant working experience in HDB construction projects are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the work schedule of subcontractors and site operations team.
• Ensure project completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress report to clients and stakeholders.

Skills

Good communication and written skills

Proficiency in Chinese

Education

National Certificate in Construction Supervisor or equivalent

Diploma in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Management or equivalent
