  • Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow at site.
  • Coordinate and arrange logistics such as air and sea shipments.
  • Attend weekly site meetings and take minutes of meeting.

Site Project Admin Assistant
  • 5.5 days work week
  • Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm; Saturday: 8.30am – 12pm
  • Company Office: Bendemeer
  • Working Location: Project site (Currently Woodlands; future sites subject to project assignment)
  • $1,800 – $3,000 (Depending on experience)
  • Industry: Mechanical Engineering / Semiconductor
