Job Descriptions:

• Assist the team in site management, including site supervision, program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower allocation, and control usage and wastages.
• Able to lead a team of foreign workers.
• Study technical drawings and highlight on-site discrepancies with resolution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors based on shop drawings and project schedule.
• Identifying and resolving workplace problems with all the subcontractors & suppliers.
• Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
• Monitor, coordinate, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure quality and an efficient manner.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in Building/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial or residential projects in Singapore.
• Familiarity with site planning, safety standards, and quality management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Process basic skill of CAD drafting.
