1. Operations Supervision
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily business activities
  • Ensure smooth workflow

2. Team Leadership
  • Manage, train, and motivate staff to perform at their best
  • Prepare duty rosters and handle manpower deployment
  • Maintain discipline, teamwork, and professionalism among employees
  • Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews
3. Client & Project Coordination
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements and expectations
  • Ensure projects or services are delivered according to timeline and standards
  • Handle feedback, complaints, or requests professionally
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
4. Administration & Reporting
  • Track attendance, inventory, and resource usage
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations and staff performance
