Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Supervision
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily business activities
- Ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor performance, productivity, and service quality
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
2. Team Leadership
- Manage, train, and motivate staff to perform at their best
- Prepare duty rosters and handle manpower deployment
- Maintain discipline, teamwork, and professionalism among employees
- Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews
3. Client & Project Coordination
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and expectations
- Ensure projects or services are delivered according to timeline and standards
- Handle feedback, complaints, or requests professionally
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
4. Administration & Reporting
- Track attendance, inventory, and resource usage
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations and staff performance
- Ensure documentation and record-keeping are accurate
- Support management in planning and budgeting
5. Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Enforce company policies and workplace safety procedures
- Conduct checks to ensure quality control and compliance with regulations
- Investigate incidents or issues and implement preventive measures
