Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely project progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, and documentation required by management and authorities.
• Resolve site issues, technical problems, and any delays that may affect the project timeline.
• Ensure all works comply with BCA, MOM, and relevant authorities’ requirements.
• Manage site workers, assign tasks, and ensure proper manpower planning.

Job Requirements

• Preferably with experience in construction site supervision or site management.
• Good understanding of construction processes, safety rules, and project coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Familiar with site safety standards and able to enforce safety measures on site.
• Candidates with relevant certificates (e.g., BCSS, Supervise Construction Work for WSH, etc.) will be an advantage.
• Able to work at construction sites and willing to work extended hours when required.
