• Ensure adherence to ISO, safety, and environmental policies.
• Monitor project progress and troubleshoot site constraints.
• Assist with the construction of mock-up units and demonstrations.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as required.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Reporting to Project Manager and the Management.
• Over-all in-charge of site planning, operation / activities and not limited to ERSS / excavation works and coordination.
• Ensure site access and logistic are in-order at all times.
• Oversee engineers, coordinators and supervisors to ensure all communication are crossed transmitted, in-order and each of them carry out their duties professionally on site. Conduct site meeting as and when required with regard to site & subcontractor issues.
• Ensures company ISO, safety, environment policies and procedures are adhered to. Ensure safety provision on site are in-order.
• To monitor and chase Structure, Architectural and M&E works to align work progress and catch-up with schedule.
• Closely monitoring of site progress and troubleshoot site constraints to expedite works. Performs routine site inspection to resolve site problems with the Engineers, Coordinators and Supervisors.
• Monitor and chase Contract & Purchase Department to award subcontractors/suppliers as and when required.
• To assist the construction of mock-up units and trade demonstration and align work quality.
• To carry out ad-hoc duties required by the company and on any projects as and when required.
