Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily ACMV site activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, and material delivery to meet milestones.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.
- Resolve site-related technical and coordination issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management.
- Provide guidance and support to site engineers, supervisors, and workers.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of ACMV site management experience in large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of ACMV systems installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Good understanding of local codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work on-site full time at Tuas.
