Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at coordination and problem-solving, and is committed to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Experience in Aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls and related aluminium facade works.
• Handle all site setting, measurements, verification of dimensions.
• Project monitoring and coordination, site supervision.
• Assist the Project Manager in liaising with appointed Professional Engineers on the submissions and statutory requirements.
• Liaise closely and monitor with production department on the output of fabrications and delivery schedule (including hardware and ironmongeries).
• Ensure all installation works carried out by the nominated sub-contractors are in accordance to the approved drawings, in view of the quality of workmanship and the skills of grouting.
• Submissions of progress claims to main contractor and verification/approval of all sub-contractor progress claims to the respective Quantity Surveyors in charge.
• Have strong abilities and knowledge in project management, administration, contractual matters, design requirements and fabrication processes to facilitate the smooth operation of projects.
• Required to perform duties beyond the normal working hours in view of the nature of the work, including public holidays, and be contactable at all times in the event of emergency recall.

• Ability to handle site setting, measurements and verification of dimensions.
• Project monitoring and coordination, site supervision capability.
• Experience liaising with project managers, professional engineers, and production on fabrication outputs and delivery schedules.
• Knowledge of installations by sub-contractors in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards.
• Experience with submitting progress claims to main contractors and facilitating verification with Quantity Surveyors.
• Strong project management, administration, contractual, design and fabrication process knowledge.
• Willingness to work beyond normal hours and be on call during emergencies.
