  • Plan, forecast and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project.
  • Lead the Engineers/Coordinators/Supervisors and provide on-the-job coaching as required
  • Reviewing manpower planning and monitoring of work schedules to ensure orderly delegation of jobs and smooth operation
  • Track sub-contractors work progress, provide weekly schedules and conduct daily coordination meeting to ensure project timelines are met by sub-contractors.
  • Logistic/Hoisting/Scaffolding Access arrangements for daily operation needs
  • Material requisition planning and schedule delivery.
  • To ensure that the site activities are executed in accordance with specifications budget and time schedules.
  • To maintain close collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and all stakeholders to minimise errors in the process to achieve smooth completion of projects.
  • Ensure to exercise effectively safe and economical methodology and enforces project standards
  • Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.
  • Conduct regular internal, subcontractor and site safety meeting.
  • Ensure that proper housekeeping is maintained at all locations at all times.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 7 years and above experience in building projects/civil preferred
  • Good communication skills and able to interact with all level of staff
  • Able to work independently, good people management skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and teams on the project.
  • Possess good problem-solving skills
  • Experience in condominium construction highly preferred
