Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site activities, managing contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and update projects to meet targets.
• Independently manage construction activities and progress.
• Supervise and lead the project team to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Resolve design-related issues during construction.
• Ensure work quality and oversee health and safety standards on site.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants and government agencies.
• Identify and manage project risks for successful delivery.
