Job summary

UNIQUETECH PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking a project engineer to prepare, schedule, manage and coordinate projects, ensuring adherence to quality and health & safety standards.

The role involves developing tender specifications, evaluating tenders, assisting in progress payments and variation orders, and working closely with project managers, site personnel, and contractors to execute task schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
• Ability to identify innovative solutions to problems.
• Proactive, positive attitude, able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
• Initiative and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, manage, coordinate and monitor projects.
• Develop tender specifications and perform natural & unbiased tender evaluations.
• Attend site tests and inspections to ensure quality and health & safety standards.
• Assist in the preparation of progress payments, claims and variation orders where required.
• Work closely with Project Managers and site personnel in the execution of the task schedule.
• Supervise contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and staff at site.
