Job Description & Requirements
- Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programme
- Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
- Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
- Handing of technical and engineering problems
- Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
- Prepare report and method statement for site activity
- Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep the site safer and neat
- Supervise ongoing site activities closely
Requirements
- At least 1 year relevant experience in construction projects
- BCSS certificate
- Bachelor Degree in civil engineering or relevant major is preferred.
- May be required to work overtime when necessary.
