SIN DA CHENG Construction & Trading Pte. Ltd. is seeking a site supervisor to support the Project Manager and Project Engineer in daily execution, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with drawings and schedules.

You will inspect sites, enforce safety rules, monitor progress and quality, relay clear instructions at toolbox meetings, and ensure compliance with project scope and workmanship standards.

Responsabilidades

• To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work;
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards;
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries;
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers;
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule;
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings;
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers;
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship;
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly;
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirements and scope of work.
