Job summary

A leading engineering and construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee site project management. Responsibilities include project planning, site coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering, a minimum of three years of experience in infrastructure projects over 200 million, and IES registration. This position is based in Bugis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience required.
• Registration with IES as Professional Engineer is needed.
• Experience in infrastructure projects exceeding 200 million.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Plan daily site activities and prepare work breakdown.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and consultants.

Job description

Roles and Responsiblities

1. Site project management.
2. Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.
3. Daily site activities planning, preparing work breakdown, daily site operations, site coordination, monitoring, and reporting work progress.
4. Work closely with sub-contractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.
5. Liaise with consultant and carry out site inspection.
6. Attend weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors on work progression and prepare monthly meeting progress report.
7. Preparation of structural analysis, loading calculation and drawings.
8. Establish good relationship with all relevant parties.
9. Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities’ requirements.
10. To take on PE Assignee supervision role.

Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant Engineering
• Min. 3 years’ experiences.
• RE registration with IES
• Experience in Infra-structure project more than 200million.
