Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams for work execution to achieve operational excellence and company goals.
• Work closely with project manager to complete works within schedule, within budget and acceptable quality and safety.
• Work with project manager to prepare project schedule, execution plan, method of construction, installation method, etc.
• Work closely with safety personnel, trades foreman and subcontractors to ensure day-to-day works comply with government and safety regulations.
• Responsible for overseeing drawing management and ensuring updated drawings are issued.
• Attend client and subcontractor meetings to achieve the objective of the meeting.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or Project Management
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in landed housing or bungalow construction
