TIEN SENG E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Engineer to assist Project Engineers on site, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues. You will support timely completion of project milestones and handle additional tasks as assigned by the manager, contributing to smooth on-site delivery.

Review and verify plans, drawings, and quantity calculations to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Ensure all materials and workmanship conform to project specifications and budget constraints.
Supervise project crews and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality standards.
