Job description

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing the drawings with regards to Site Condition.
• Supervising the site and liaising with the Sub-Cons.
• Monitoring and ensuring that the work progress is within the scheduled period of time.
• Ensure that the site is complying with BCA requirements.
• Checking plans , drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation.
• Attend meeting with the Consultant to discuss the progress of work. And do coordination on Structural matters and Architectural matters.
• Solving technical issues on site.
• Daily site activities planning, preparing work breakdown, daily site operation Accurate documentation on site such as progress report, whether chart, machineries/equipment lists, manpower, casting report, etc.
• Manage projects independently as well as lead and motivate a team
• Preparing VO and other reports as required

Requirements

• Degree in Architectural/Building/Construction Studies/Civil & Structure Engineering or equivalent
• Min 5 years site working experience
• Able to draw with Autocad
• Willingness to learn & committed to accomplish datelines
